Started off strong but towards the end, they were "going above and beyond" to address issues with the installation and potential material issue concerns brought. Customer shouldn't have to quality control the work being performed and have to request trash be picked up. They were adaptive to change order work which I gladly agreed to pay for. I'll upgrade or downgrade the rating in a few months to see if the workmanship and material quality holds up.
