Im usually very easy to work with, and I don't know if I just ticked them off or what, but I couldn't get Kimbrough to correct the "no fall" on the gutters on the back of the house. There was another issue that they DID correct on the front of the house. water going behind the gutters The water was backing up over the gutter, directly in front of the back door. Maybe they just didn't want to come back AGAIN. A simple water test would have showed there was NO fall. After a year of complaints and calls, I gave up. I spose I could have taken them to small claims, but didn't think of it until too late. I just happened to come across Kimbroughs name, and never did anything about it. Now I am. I know it's ridiculous that I haven't had the issue corrected in 4 years, but I don't think of it until it rains which hasn't been to often And I just deal with the downpour in front of the back door.
