New roof in 2013, lots of compliments on how nice it looks, even the insurance adjuster thought they did a great job. Very pleased with the end results.

We had a New Era rep who knew we had been trying to get our roof replaced for a couple years actually CONTACT US after a hail storm. They came out and inspected the roof and said they thought that if we submitted a claim to our insurance company that the insurance company would finally agree to replace it. Sure enough, they were right! A few short weeks later we were scheduled to have our roof replaced. After further inspection it was determined that half of the roof actually needed a total tear off and new decking laid. New Era went to the insurance company and fought for more money and got it without me having to get involved as the middle-man. It only took a couple days to install and they were very respectful about keeping the their mess cleaned throughout the yard during the process. Also, the owner and the rep who sold us the roof kept coming back throughout the 2-day installation process to check on the crew as well as visit with me and my husband to make sure we were pleased. And an added bonus!....we are in the process of selling our home. New Era agreed to sign over the warranty to the new owner who takes over! Great customer service! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

I was referred by a friend to talk to New Era Roofing. Cody called me back and came out to inspect my roof for hail damage. Cody originally came out on a Sunday afternoon just to make it easy for my familys schedule. We soon decided to go with New Era to get our New roof. Cody and Niki are great. They kept me informed and let me know when the materials would be delivered and when the roof would be installed. The crew showed up on a Wednesday morning around 7:30 and were completely done when my wife got home around 7:00 that night. They did an amazing job on my roof and they cleaned up very good. I would recommend New Era to anyone looking for a roof. They go above and beyond and are always willing to help.
