| Sydney Cooley | I wish I could say I liked this place. I wanted to try somewhere different than Home Depot to get lumber for a project. When I pulled up and tried to go inside, I noticed a sign on the door that said closed to the public. That's fine, I understand, with all the COVID precautions. So I called and tried to place an order over the phone. The representative said they needed to take my phone number and have a sales person call me back. I'm already sitting in the parking lot at this point and it took at least five minutes for a call back. When I finally got a call back the sales person said that it would take at least 20 minutes for them to bring my order out to the truck. At this point I decided to just leave and go to Home Depot, but when I tried to leave the parking lot there was a semi truck pulled in front of the exit and blocking the entire driveway. They did not seem to care that I was waiting to leave and did not move at all. At least 3 or 4 people came up and talked to the semi driver but nobody asked them to move. Finally after waiting for 20 minutes I just gave up and drove over the curb so that I could squeeze out. It was overall a bad experience and I will not be returning. |
