We have been extremely happy with Emerson. Nick was our project manager and he met with our insurance company twice to point out areas that our claims adjuster missed. He explained the process and costs to us and was right on with everything. We also got our garage doors replaced and he was very helpful in referring us to have our doors replaced. We were given a discount on our garage doors because of his referral! While it took a while for them to be able to come out and get our project completed they were extremely busy, cold weather and snow held up our project a bit it was well worth the wait. Our roof and gutters look fantastic and the process was painless! Fast forward to a few months after our project completion. My daughter reported hearing birds by a specific wall in her room and our exterminator found a birds nest in the soffit next to her room. I was planning on calling Emerson and asking if someone could come and check it out. Coincidentally, a few days later Mike from Emerson stopped by to ask us what color we had on our roof because someone else in our neighborhood is deciding on what color roof he was going to have them see if they liked our color. He asked if we were happy with our roof and gutters so I asked him about the soffit. He could've easily told me to call Nick and schedule a time for them to check it out instead at 5pm probably on his way home he pulled his ladder out and climbed up to check it out. The next evening he came by and covered up the soffit with a screen so we don't have any issues in the future. That's when I knew Emerson stood by their products and workmanship. I don't think that is something he had to fix. He could've easily told us how to fix it but he did it for us anyway, at 8pm on a Friday night. I recommend Emerson without a doubt!
