This store has some of the best employees. I had to pickup an online order up and the customer service was so helpful. When I went to get the order at first they said not all of the items were in. The service department were so helpful I said I had a long drive to get here. The young lady said she would look and see if she could found out what happened to the order. I went to go shopping for other gifts.When I was paying customer service came over and said they had found my other items. They had a young man help me out to the car and the cashier was so helpful with letting me know about the warranty on the tools I was buying. Thank you for all your hard work and help. The kids workshop is always a great time for kids and parents! The staff that helps are always very friendly and helpful also

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I love my appliances. Otherwise this has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. Everyone is rude to us over a mistake we didn't make! I order a stacking kit for my brand new washer and dryer in February Maybe around the 27th.. I spent a good amount of money... 2,500.00. My appliances didn't get delivered until March 18th and the wrong stacking kit was ordered from the store. I called to see about getting the correct part and they said they had to order it. During that time I was told 2 different times that we could come get the stacking kit off the display. So here we are 2 different times being denied the kit. Ours hasn't made it to the store for us to pick up. We live out of town by the way Next time I order something IF I ever do I'll make sure to drive the extra time to Joplin.
