Blue Dot Services – Roofing Contractor in Topeka, Kansas

I've been using Blue Dot annually since 2012, spent probably 25-30K between my home, business, and rentals there, and they have gone down so far in quality, its really disappointing. Their new installs are good, I've done 2 brand new installs and they are both top notch and with better prices then anyone else, but their service is just so bad now, from hvac service to plumbing. In the last couple years their service calls have gone from 95 to 144, most other companies are still around 90. Not only that, but the last 2 times they have removed the filters and not replaced them. What are you guys trying to do to my equipment? I had a rental AC unit not getting the temperature down like it should, they recommended replacement. I had a second company go out and find the filter missing and the coil incredibly dirty, what did you guys charge me the 144 for?! They cleaned it out and replaced the missing filter, for less then a 100, and now the AC is working perfect. I may continue to get bids for new work from them, but as for as annual service for hvac and plumbing goes, I'm done.

Talked to them at the Home Show. One of the owners came to my recently purchased house and had already done his due diligence by looking my sq footage up in property records. He already decided to up my tonnage of my AC as he didn't think what I had was adequate which is what I suspected. Happy with the furnace I purchased too. Installation in two weeks. Well prepared.

We had an issue at a commercial building with an insurance claim that they knew when they came out. Weeks later, Nick the plumber came to my personal residence demanding payment at 730 in the morning. Very unprofessional. I have dealt with others there that have been helpful, but due to his behavior, we will never go there again.
