| Cassandra Flowers | Wrights has no urgency in starting jobs. You have to constantly call them to ask when they are coming to get work done. They will claim to call you back but never will. I once before was going to purchase a full metal roof from them but months and months went by and I finally called and cancelled on them. They gave me a 3 week estimate start date and that wasn't true. NOW I am just needing to have some repairs done because I gave up on getting a full roof. And they have yet to keep to their word on calling back. Apparently I am the idiot to try and use these people again and give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN. waste of time. |
