This was in November 2013. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. He responded and fixed problem immediately. His charge for the repair was much less than I expected given that I had received bids for the work that were significantly more. As a result of my experience in November I contacted Tim again in March about a minor leak on another part of house. We set an appointment time. He responded as in the past, promptly, and took care of the issue. I also requested he do some cosmetic work on the roof, including painting vent covers. Again, the work was done for less than expected. When the time comes that my roof must be replaced, there is no doubt in my mind; Hill Construction will be my first call.
