Owner Richard Adams is almost completely non-responsive, even after weeks of trying to get him to address issues. He does not return calls. Several times, when we've reached him, he has promised to have people out in a day or two to address issue - but no one comes and he doesn't call to explain. Poor product/work and poor service. |
