Where do I even begin? This company is outstanding! The customer service provided exceeded my husband and I's expectations. Travis came to inspect our roof as it was 15+ years old. He is kind, calm, and professional, took photos of all his findings, and was able to go through each photo with us and explain everything in a "roofing for dummies" way, without making us feel, well, dumb. He not only explained the issues found, but also explained what building codes were when the roof was installed, why the issues would have been caused, what roofing codes exist now, what could potentially happen if the issues were not resolved, and what the steps would be to repair or replace. He was transparent, knowledgable, and gave us a sense of comfort and trust. We highly recommend this company 10/10!
