Very quick with the estimate. I was recommenced a shingle product that really fit my needs that was better than what I originally had. No pressure on the follow up - just received a reminder that they were ready willing and able. In the estimate package, I was provided a list addresses so I could see the roofs of the color I was considering and that helped us make the decision. The outcome was spectacular. I have a fairly big house and it was done in a day. I love my new roof and I know it will last because of the high quality product and the professional installation. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommended.

I just had my roof replaced by AIC. Everyone I worked with at AIC from the initial sales contact to job completion were honest and genuinely concerned for the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. At each step in the process they were patient with my questions - trust me, I ask a LOT of questions - and explained things until I was comfortable with all of the details. My roof had some unexpected complications and I was extremely impressed with the way the staff at AIC responded and worked as a team to make sure all obstacles were overcome. Seriously this company is the best. Very professional and the workmanship is extraordinary. They use quality products, take no short cuts and they installed our new roof correctly according to manufacturers instructions. The crew were very systematic in there work ethic. After the job was completed they thoroughly cleaned up the yard. We had rainfall after install and when I went in the attic could not find any leaks. As a home inspector I was constantly checking out the progress of the installation. AIC far exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending all my clients to this company if a new roof is required or if repairs are needed. Thank you very much AIC it was a pleasure dealing with you.
