R&B Roofing and Remodeling – Roofing Contractor in Louisville, Kentucky

Requested an estimate for removal of an old deck and building a replacement. Confusion from the scheduler setting the appointment resulted in the estimator arriving on the wrong day. The review and discussion of the work went normally as expected. Nearly two weeks later and I've had no response with my estimate. I'm not in the habit of begging people to work for me. Other businesses have responded and provided competitive estimates. If they can't respond to customers any better than this then what kind of work can you expect? Lost any chance at my business. Too bad since this is one of three major renovations I have planned.

The initial customer service for this company is Great. They are responsive and will answer all you questions. However, once you agree, your work will be HORRIBLE. I have evidence that they didn't completely use new product on my roof and replace my old gutters as they were contracted to do. This company is very poor. My roof has been leaking, since they did the work over 3 months ago. DON'T use the financing company that they advertise either. That is another terrible situation. If I could give this company less than one stars I would. I would love to leave my contact information to anyone who reads my post for evidence or more detail of my transaction with this company. You have been warned.
