Working with T. Smith was great! We had replacement windows put in our house and some siding work and we are thrilled with the result. Tim was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a small snafu where the manufacturer sent the wrong color window but a new window was expedited and replaced promptly. Angus was our installer and we couldn't have asked for a better install crew. He always called to tell us he was on his way and kept us in the loop during the entire install process. They also did a great job of keeping our yard and our house clean during the install process which is often an overlooked aspect. Dealing with Tim and Angus was a delight and I would highly recommend you give T. Smith a look if you are looking for replacement windows and siding.

Great experience with T.Smith Siding & Windows. From day one they listen to our concerns. We starting with getting new roof, gutters and the soffit area covered. Later we got a new storm door and front door. Our 57 year old house is looking great! Got everything done in a timely manner and Tim came back out to check to be sure it was done to our satisfaction. Very easy to communicate with through email and they accommodated my schedule by showing up a little later in the morning. They were very efficient in putting in a new large front window.
