I have used them in the past, the last time around 2 years ago. Even though I seen the massive negative reviews this time, that had not been my experience until today. Something has changed. First he tells my husband he will be at my home at 10 on a Friday morning. When he does not arrive my husband called him he made no courtesy call to advise us of the delay. He needs 30 mins. I give him 1 hour and 30 mins. my husband calls him again he made no courtesy call back to us he needed more time but it would not be much longer. Hours went by, he never called us. We made a decision we were not calling him. Finally at 6 that night note, 8 hours of waiting, no courtesy calls no explanation my husband called one final time, he proceeded to say he wasn't going to make it, can he come another day. NO you cannot, number one I don't believe you would show and number two I want zero to do with your unprofessional, unreliable, lack of care, so called business. And number three it is clear you are not a man of your word. I will never recommendwhich I have in the past or ask for your services again. I guess we are left with no choice than to pay extra for a weekend call now. Thanks to A-OK. It makes me wonder if that was his plan to wait and charge us more for a Saturday service. His shadiness makes me think it very well could be. |
