| Troy Messina | We had ARC put a gabled roof where there was a flat roof before and increase the pitch of another flat roof. They reroofed our entire house metal roof, and they installed gutters and new windows. Our total invoice with ARC is in the 20,000 range. The owner, Bobby, and his worker, Brian, were always friendly and helpful. We didn't talk to the other assistants as much, but they were always respectful. We have had them come back out to fix gutters after the gutters pulled out from snow and ice. The roof and windows were done in 2015. Everything has seemingly been good work. In some cases they did extra work I wasn't expecting. With some of the windows I was planning to redo the trim to better match the rest of the house. They offered to do it even though the upgrade wasn't part of the contract. When I compare to other contractors that I had to continuously follow to make sure they were doing what they said they would do, I consider ARC to be superior. I have recommended ARC to friends, and Bobby has been quick and courteous to them too. |
