| Doug Cantrell | Poor quality work, refuses to repair leaks. Hired to install new roof in 2011. Roof had three leaks since installed. Refused to repair last leak. Charged to repair first two leaks. Poor quality installation. Did not install new felt. Tried to use old felt. When I questioned owner about not putting new felt down he said if I had any problem with roof call and he would take care of it. His word is no better than the roofs he installs as he will not even look at roof leak. Do not use as you will likely get a poor job and will regret it. |
| kesada phoutharansy | Do not hire them. Our roof was leaking right after they redid our roof. They came back multiple times because it continued to leak for a whole week. Our living room ceiling & floors were ruined. They left nails EVERYWHERE, even left a whole bundle of nails, sharp side up on our driveway! Luckily it didn't pop our tires. Also left parts of the shingles over the yard. On top of all of that, they also destroyed our gutter on one section. We might as well have kept our old roof. The management was terrible, wasn't willing to pay a whole crew to come back and fix the roof. Although there were 2 of roofers out of a crew that did try to fix others mistake, that was the only positive thing i could say about A-1 roofers. |
| A. | Happily came out with a written estimate in hopes to sell me a new roof, even though I made sure to explain I wanted a small leak fixed when I called. I guess he didn't like to do 'a small job' because he was never heard from again. That's okay, I will remember this and not do business with him when I do need a new roof one day! ZERO stars! |
