Every aspect of contact with this company was amazing from start to finish. I always do three estimates and they even encourage me to do so as well. From the first conversation with the receptionist they had me sold. They were very helpful with educating me on the process, Ryan dropped of informational material, to include everything needed to guide you in your decision making. He even helped me to pick out the right color to compliment my house. I was amazed how responsive they were and they made you feel like you and your project were important. I loved the fact that they are local and have been in business for many years. I am confident that they will stand by their warranty if the need arises to utilize it and equally confident that the materials used are high quality. You can't go wrong with this company. Pelican has been an absolutely great experience from start to finish! Ryan Dahmer who came out to survey our property and set everything up was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had some water damage happening from old roofing on one of our historical buildings, and they got the job finished in two days at a fantastic price.
