This store didn't have what they displayed at the store so we waited for it on back order. Paid well over 1,500 and Ethan told us delivery, all charges, everything was taken care of aside from a hose we decided to buy elsewhere and that we just needed to wait for the delivery. Three weeks later I get an automated call telling me I'll get my delivery in a 4 hour window the next day. I sit at home all day waiting and nothing. I finally call the store to see what's going on and they tell me it's been delivered to their store an hour away from our home and that we can pay an additional 133 to have it delivered to our house. My husband contacted them a few hours later and paid the additional charges. I will never shop at this store again. Not only were we given inaccurate information when we made our purchase, but the man Ethan was supposed to call me back to clear it all up. Never reached out to me. I tried calling the store back 8 times from my number and they wouldn't answer. Like they didn't want to deal with me I was never rude or short with anyone. Don't buy appliances from this store. You're better off paying the company who makes it directly. |
