Security Roofing, LLC – Roofing Contractor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I just purchased my home in October of this year 2018. Mr. Michael had replaced the roof of this home in June/July of this year. This past weekend, there was a heavy rain that made it apparent that there was a heavy leak from the roof-a leak that was coming right into our bedroom! The following Tuesday I contacted a roofing company to assess the problem. It was found that there was a slap of tar placed over the area after the roof had been replaced tacky patch work to try to cover the problem and that the metal railing against the roof was not laid properly, both of which were allowing water to continually leak through the roof, into our attic, then through the ceiling into our room. I contacted Mr. Michael later that morning to notify him of the problem. Although it was clear that he was unprofessional, I still gave him the opportunity to fix the roof. There is a least a one year warranty for the roof replacement on the home. Mr. Michael did not honor this and decided he was not coming to even assess the damage but instead decided the warranty was with the prior owners and not the roof! I was provided no policy supporting this notion or even an apology for what my family was having to deal with as a result of his faulty work. After calling the State Board of Contractors I found out that he is not and has never been licensed to do roofing. I DO NOT recommend Security Roofing, "LLC" for any roofing work at all!

Did a wonderful roof repair for us. Was reasonable and reliable.

Just wanted to say Thanks for the speedy/wonderful job you guys did on my home, thanks to you guys i can now have some warm and comfortable Holidays and again I would recommend ya'll to anyone.
