If you want professionalism, timeliness, reliability, and someone true and honest to their word, this is NOT YOUR GUY. We scheduled a day for him and his "crew" to come get the roof shingles changed out and he texts my husband THE MORNING OF saying they are taking the day off because they decided to do pro bono work the last 2 days when they were supposed to be off and are tired now. Joseph Tassin told me "it is what it is". So they come the next morning saying the job should be done in no more than 2 days. It took them 3 days with a "crew" of 2 sitting up on the roof playing on their phones. When I called him on the evening of the 2nd day the day they were supposed to be finished with the job Joseph answers the phone and it is obvious to me that he is inebriated by the way he is slurring his words and stammering. He had once struck me as an honest man, but is now a man of excuses and completely unprofessional. I am out of state and he had promised to send me pictures of the job from the moment he arrived and every single step of the way; not just for me and a sound mind, but for his own liability. He sent me 1 picture. When prodded for more, none came. I demanded to see the naked roof boards and he said he couldn't provide it because no pictures were taken. I gave 1 star because the job was finished. |
