| Keith Jacob | Middle South Systems is an excellent company to deal with. Steve went out of his way to ensue that I was satisfied with the job. He did everything I asked for and more. I thought I had a leak after the first rain when I went into the attic to check. Called him, he and his crew showed up right away only to discover that my boxing was the leak. He corked it for me and that was the end of the leak. He used the highest grade material available, industrial sealant and SS ridged nails. The roof reduced my attic temperature as he said it would. From 125 deg to 115 with ambient temperature being 96 at 3 PM, gable roof with vents on each end. Looks great, energy efficient, reduced my homeowners insurance. Thanks Steve |
