I moved in in the middle of the month and offered to pay my deposit and prorated rent up from and had to beg for some to spare me an extra 15 minutes after closing to drop the payment off due to my work schedule. They had a nasty attitude about it and mad it a big issue. They don't give you a 1-3 day grace period on your rent... And they find a way to weasel out of paying you your money after you move out.... EVEN IF YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN PERFECT CONDITION. |
