Titan Roofing – Roofing Contractor in New Orleans, Louisiana

I payed this roofing company thousands of dollars to roof my clay tile home. It leaks badly within the warranty period. They refuse to return a phone call and only pretend they are going to fix it. Someone came out and attempted a fix immediately after the work was done but it did not last. After months of calling they sent out someone who said he Mike was the guy that fixed these situations for Titan. He looked at the work, agreed it was Titan's fault where it leaked and that he would speak to the boss Matt and be back to fix it. That was months ago. My calls are not returned and as usual, no one in charge of anything is ever available. Never heard back from him or Titan again. Again, this is all within their stated warranty in a signed contract. They have no shame. If you need some shoddy roofing and an extended headache then this is the roofer for you. If not then save yourself and your money and stay away from Titan Roofing.

Very professional, great communication. Were willing to work with me to keep me in budget. The team was quick and efficient! Definitely will work with them again!

Have been waiting a month for my estimate. And will not answer the phone ever. I would hate to see thier work!
