| Andrea F | I had a positive experience with Triple P Roofing when they replaced my roof in June 2016. My experience now that it is leaking has been much different. There was an active leak reported to Triple P with water running down inside my home and ruining parts of the paint/drywall. It was five days before I could be fit in for an evaluation and week before the leak was sealed after Triple P was contacted. I still have no information on the repairs made, if the rest of the roof was checked, or whether they are coming back to fix the interior damages which are covered under faulty workmanship from my original contract. I've called multiple people, emailed, still no response. |
