| David - Ellen Simada | Bradley Freeman did a great job re-roofing our house in October 2019. After contacting 2 roofing companies who came to our house, looked at the job and never got back to us, it was a true pleasure to work with Bradley. He returned our call promptly, invited us to view his work at a nearby job-site, met with us on a convenient evening and provided a quote the very next day! We gave him a down payment and agreed a date for the work. He came a day early! During the 3-day job, Bradley and his crew efficiently removed the ugly old green shingles from our 8-12 pitch roof and installed a quality new roof including full ice and water guard topped with attractive charcoal gray architectural tiles. They also installed an attic vent fan in our adjacent garage. As with most projects, a couple of issues arose during the installation and Bradley worked with us to quickly address each. First, the original scope called for partial ice and water shield, but during the job we decided to go for full ice and water shield instead. Bradley happily accepted this change. Second, our contemporary house has 2 offset roof planes, each with custom ridge flashing. The original flashing was in good shape but green which didn't match the new roof. Bradley outlined the pros and cons of installing new custom flashing significant work including removing siding in one the case of one roof versus painting the existing material. Eventually we decided on painting and Bradley quickly implemented this decision. Throughout the entire job, Bradley and his crew acted professionally; they worked hard, were courteous and at the end thoroughly cleaned up to provide a fully completed project. We would hire Bradley Freeman again. |
