Cindy D.	The product is very nice. The people who actually install the roof are very kind and polite. However, when we questioned some aspects of the completed job Kevin was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I told him so directly. I give the business one star plus I can't give zero stars because he actually did come the next day to view the roof, something he failed to do prior to the job though. He noted that if he resolved the issue I would just complain about something else, and that in his 30 years of working in the business he never had a customer with such ridiculous complaints. Meanwhile it looked like a tree fell on the corner of the roof it was so dented over. He did repair the roof promptly, however I was literally belittled during the process at my own home. I dread if we have an issue with the roof in years to come because it will be very taxing to have to communicate with this company.
