Seriously, he checked his work, not in a rush and cleaned up after himself. He explained what and why he was doing stuff. He has tons of specialized equipment just for clearing drains. Clearing drains is all that he does, not a plumber that does it all. He is very good at what he specializes in. I wanted my kitchen sink drain cleared, on the opposite side of the house from the septic tank and he was listening to the lines on the far side of the house to hear his motorized snake, even looked down the septic outside to insure he went all the way.
