jan thomas	Called this business early November to have slate repair done on my roof. Was told they are backed up but should be able to get to it in 6 wks. They demanded a deposit to hold our "spot" which was 1/3 of total job. I sent it to them. Today I canceled the job and they say they will send back my deposit which I believe to be true. My issue knowing they are so far behind in work due to weather, why ask for deposit, which they know will sit in their bank acct accruing interest. Just not good business practice.
Lee Ann Chambliss	Thomson's remodeled our kitchen and we are very pleased. They were pleasant to work with and very professional. It was a challenging remodel in a 100 yr old building. They did a great job with new plumbing installation and improving the entire kitchen. We were able to keep some of the older charming features while updating the kitchen. Putting in a dishwasher where there had not been any. We love how it looks! I particularly love the new wine cooler cabinet in the butler's pantry and the beautiful quartz countertops. I recommend them. Clyde and Annette Thomson and their staff were very nice to work with.
