| Andrew Leonard | Had a great experience today with John C Flood when we just got home from a delayed flight and arrived at 5am to a condo sitting at 93 degrees. Called John C Flood and their on-call guy made it to our place in about 1.5 hours when we were quoted 2 hours. Brian and his assistant Raul were super friendly and explained the issue so we understood what was going on and also how to proceed if the issue persists as the work they did today may only be a temporary fix to a bigger problem. Great communication and their informing is what made me feel really good. I hear Flood may be a bit pricier than other places but I would say it's well worth the service. |
| Sean Tepper | If I could give less than 1 star I would. They came out to the house, filled my AC unit with 2 lbs of freon at 265 per pound without looking for a leak first. Total charge was 709. The very next day, my AC was gone again. They came back out and said they couldn't repair the problem and it would need a whole new system for 6500, but they would apply 350 towards the new system. Why not find the problem first before wasting 530 of freon and releasing it into the atmosphere? The manager based his diagnosis on us telling them that we think there is a leak instead of using their expertise to know for sure. Now I am out 709 and have no AC on the hottest day of the year. I will never use these guys again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. |
