John Craddock | I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they arrived on-time on Thursday morning. They replaced my hot water heater in just a few hours and were extremely professional and courteous during the work. I'd definitely recommend them and I will certainly use them again. 10/10. |
Juanda Johnson | A very great disappointment. This incident occurred on October 27, 2015. I hired Freeline to conduct an investigation of a main line drain problem expecting it to result in a video of my main drain, a stake in the ground where the camera concluded its inspection and a report to DC Sewer and Water of the results. They left me with a bill for 475.00 and a dvd without viewable content. After talking with DC Water and Sewer I found out that they were supposed to have called in a report from the site which would have prompted DC Water and Sewer to follow up with their own team. Freeline has ignored my calls and texts and even disconnected a call when they realized it was me. I am a senior citizen that had to save for over a year to have this inspection done so that I could freely use my facilities. Freeline has ignored local policies in reporting this issue and seems to be confused as to what local agency to call. They appeared to think WSSC governed issues in Washington, DC |
