Hiring a company to remove and replace a deck can be overwhelming to say the least. I decided to go with Sundance Homes because of 1 sales pitch, 2 other services provided such as the deck design by an architect and replacing some of my old vinyl siding and 3 competitive price. The entire experience from sales, demolition and building of the new deck was a very positive one. The entire staff that I interacted with was very courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say to improve the project. Freddie, the sales representative, took the time to make sure he had a good understanding of what I wanted. He had samples of the material and a mock-up on how they build there decks. The architect, Brent, worked with me on the design of the deck. He came over to the house and I explained my requirements. He developed a beautiful deck for the second floor and lots of open area beneath it for a new paver patio. The installers, Adam and Jamie, were on-time, have excellent craftsmanship and work ethics, very diligent, and opened to taking my recommendations to improve on the project. The project manager, Shawn, always kept me informed on what was going on and coordinating delivery of materials. They worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied throughout the installation process. If I saw something that I felt it wasn't correct we would discuss and get it fixed. I definitely recommend Sundance Homes and thank you for providing such a high quality product and craftsmanship.
