My electrical technician was Dwight Hall Sr. I was very impress with his knowledge. He was polite and courteous. I had three outlets that were not working in the kitchen. Dwight was determined to find the problem and he did, he pointed out which wire was causing the problem. Dwight is a major asset to your company. He came to work on his day off and not many employees would do that. I found Dwight to be devoted to the company and his work.

Great experience with C. Albert Matthews. Called to have a chandelier hung from a 2-story foyer. Was given an estimate which turned out to be lower than the actual price; however, assembly of the light was required and we added a dimmer switch at the last minute. So, all in all, it was a more than fair price. The workmen who did the job were on time, very courteous and polite. They got right to work and did not waste any time getting the job done. We were extremely satisfied with this company and will continue to use them for any electrical work that needs to be done. Judging from our satisfaction in this area, we most likely will go to them for other work, like heating and cooling or plumbing. This is a good, honest company and a pleasure to work with..

It was easy to get an appointment for a time convenient for us. Scott, the service man, arrived at the appointment time. Due to covid-19, he came with mask and gloves and stayed far from us. Before he left, he reported on what he had done. We are very pleased with the service that he rendered.
