I have a commercial property and had some issues with a flat roof. I talked to a contractor and they gave me what I thought was a decent price. I figured that I should check with another company though as the first contractor had lots of mixed reviews. Some people liked them and some people hated them. Terry the owner of Essex Roofers called me back quickly on a Saturday. I met him the following Monday. He quickly pointed out areas of my building that were causing many of the water issues other than the roof and worked those items into his estimate. I got a fair price comparable to the first estimate however If I would have went with the first contractor I would still have problems with water leakage so I am glad that I dealt with a local company with a good reputation and got the repairs done that were needed to solve the problem. Very satisfied with Terry and the rest of the crew at Essex Roofers. They know what they are doing and I didn't pay anything until the job was completely done!
