When I called to get a status update, their attitude was very dismissive and nonchalant and they simply said "we need to re-schedule for next week, it looks like the plumber went home and didn't tell anyone. The fact that I used personal leave from work makes this feel like a slap in the face. They have a contract with Lennar, so I guess this is the reason for their dismissive approach since they have guaranteed business.
