| Kerianne Kleinhen | I set up an appointment with them to come out and give us an estimate for remodeling our master bathroom. During the appointment we did not see any materials nor did we come up with any potential layouts. The only thing that happened was measurements were taken, and we were told a generalized cost for the project which really had no basis since we didn't discuss material or layout so how could they even ball park a number like that? Anyways, we were told that we would have to travel to their showroom about an hour drive from our home to see the layout their designers came up with and look at materials. I'm sorry but I can't justify driving an hour away, especially since we have a baby, and not even know if I'm going to like what I see or know if it's in our price range. You would think they would try to make it convenient for the customer, but it was really just a waste of our time. |
