| John Parsons | One star is as low as I can rate them. I fought with them for 3 months to fix the mistakes the sub-contractor made. The flashing around my chimneys are not install to International Residential Code. They cut the boot for the stack pipe and sealed it with roofing tar. The failed to follow the GAF product installation specification and left any where from 1" to 1" 1/2 of over hang. Installed system and split some boards. Nail shingles rows in between the boards, and other issues. 2 months later and my roof is leaking by the less that standard chimney flashing. STAY FAR away for this company. The sub contractor owner never came to my house. The crew leader didn't speak English. Left a mess in my attic. |
