| Terry | Semper West Roofing Frederick did an excellent job replacing our roof. I have waited for a year and a half to make sure there were no problems with their job before making this review. They replaced both the roof shingles and gutters. The estimate provided by Sam was right on the money.. The employees that did the job were very nice to work with. They left the site in the same manner that they found it, no nails or trash left behind. I called Sam this week as I thought there was a leak in the roof. He called me right back and said he would come out to see if there was a problem. The next day, upon inspection it was determined that the one sheet of plywood that I thought was wet was only a different/shiny finish on the plywood. They are a wonderful company to work with and did a very professional job. Sam is an extremely knowledgeable professional employee with a terrific attitude and an asset to the company. |
