My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with our experience with HCR on our roof reshingling job. From our salesman Clay Sanders, to the scheduler Sara Scander, to most importantly the roofing crew led by Franklin, this was an excellent experience. Clay worked with us on price, preferences, and dates for installation to our satisfaction. Then the building materials were placed carefully the day before the job and the crew arrived on time in company logo-ed shirts. The first day was cold and there was some snow was on the roof see pictures but they took steps to clear it carefully with blowers. The entire crew was courteous, friendly, and professional. They were careful and used safety harnesses. They placed tarps around the house to collect the old roofing materials and nails and at job completion ran a magnet roller to collect the nails. As the job was being completed, HCR sent a quality control representative to check on any concerns. Franklin, the crew leader was prepared and asked key questions at the start of the job such as whether to retain our satellite antenna and also took care of the removal of a vent and patching the hole from our gas fireplace that was no longer in use. The work was scheduled for two days and the work was completed on time with a sufficient crew for the task. We highly recommend HCR for your roofing work.

Had to have my 31-year-old roof replaced on Nov 18. EVERYONE involved in the process was professional, friendly, courteous, prompt, and helpful. Answered any and all questions I had. It was a little more than I'd planned on spending, but I feel confident that I won't need to chase anyone down if I need help down the road. HCR comes highly rated. That gave me great peace of mind. The roof looks wonderful!
