| Ann Greenbaum | I contracted with Santos Benitez to fix a leak in my roof around the chimney. He said that it would be better if I replaced half of the roof. I paid him 3300.00 for this. The leak has never been fixed. He comes and looks at it and says it is the bricks leaking, or it is not leaking. He has attempted a repair but it has not stopped the leak. I have had the chimney waterproofed twice. Santos will not take responsibility for fixing this. It has been ongoing for almost 5 years. I do not recommend this contractor for roofing. |
