I had a different company come out prior to Crown and they gave me a rough estimate of around 1700 to fix it give or take a grand. They came out to give me a better estimate and discuss what they would be doing and left my Portico a complete disaster and then told me it would be 9000 to fix it! It was literally resting on top of a pvc pipe! My husband said NO WAY! Then I spoke to Randy from Crown Remodeling and he had someone come out right away! The customer service was right on point. Scott was the man that had to custom build a new Portico. He hand made the dental molding along the edges and it looked perfect! He was meticulous in every detail and kept us informed every step of the way. We knew what he was doing and more importantly, he was there when he said he would be. We have already referred them to our friends and we are definitely going to call on them for all of our future projects. |
