| JAMES MILLER | Terrible experience. Called for an estimate on replacing/repairing rubber roof for a front portico. Rep questioned whether they could remove railing but said they would come out next day or two to take a look and provide estimate did not have ladder at time of initial visit. The rep called several days later after repeated attempts by me for follow up and told me he had left information on my door and gave me his cell number. Tried calling him on his cell several time with no repsonse and nothing was ever left at the door. After contacting the owner on e-mail never directly responded to me, about the lack of followup, the rep finally called and left a message saying they could not take down the railing and if I took it down they would give an estimate. This could of all been resolved at the first meeting period. He had said he would be giving an estimate with or with removal of the railing. Very poor customer service and basically blew me off. Could have initially returned call saying they were not initerested instead of wasting everyone's time. |
