Total Home Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Rockville, Maryland

Everything went wrong that could. Poor communication, overpriced, poor customer service to name a few. The adjuster took photos of exterior and interior water damage of the roof and skylights but did not upload interior photos to my home owners insurance company. Once the roof was installed, Total Home Roofing asked for payment. I asked when the interior work was to be started. Total Home Roofing said that interior was not included at 8,458.01 for a townhouse. I specifically confirmed with the rep before any work was done from THR about the interior and was told it was included in the breakdown. Not only was I disappointed but also feel like I am getting ripped off. I called customer service about it but they brushed me off and said that my payment is due immediately and if I failed to pay I would collect interest on the payment. The workmanship was poor as well- They broke my skylight window, did not clean up properly, left cigarette buds and nails all over my yard, left the old gutters that blew off during a storm but finally replaced after a months time. I never received an invoice or a phone call from anyone at Total Home Roofing regarding payment. Please use anyone besides this company. I'm not the one to leave reviews but I feel inclined to let the people know!

Very professionally handled, though out the entire process, and right from the very beginning, starting with the very accessible consultant , Leo Hogan, and right down to the field supervisor, great job, excellent work across the board, thank you guys, and lady's back at the office for all your work as well, i would strongly recommend this company to anyone who's thinking about having roof work done, don't pass this company buy, and you will not be disappointed, Thanks again.

I am very disappointed in Total Home Roofing. I had my roof replaced November 2019 and this was suppose to be a smooth replacement unfortunately it was not starting with wrong brand of material ordered and delivered. No Field Supervisor present to communicate with installers or check workmanship. Had to hire a roofing inspector because too many red flags during the roofing installation. Notified my Total Home Roofing Consultant and Roofing Coordinator via email of my husband and I concerns and the hiring of a third party to inspect roof after installers, have yet to hear from either. Although, I must say my Roofing Coordinator Jessica was located in a different state but was very helpful in trying to rectify the issues during installation remotely. I must acknowledge my Total Roofing Consultant Darin he is very good at selling the company that anyone would go with the company. Darin is very good at listening and welcomes all questions which was a perk for my husband and I. However, Darin drop the ball with ordering the correct roofing brand of material per my request. I am not convince this company values their customers happiness especially when evidence is provided of poor workmanship and almost 2 weeks later correction as yet to be completed. The inspection report showed numerous roofing installation problems. Report was shared with Total Home Roofing Consultant and Coordinator for roofing correction. Going on 2 weeks and the dumpster is still on my property. Installers left on Friday, November 1, 2019 and today is Monday, November 11, 2019. Would I recommend Total Home Roofing absolutely Not.
