emilie fairbanks	The quality of the work was fine. But this business isn't run professionally. Throughout the process communicating with the owner was difficult and complex. They use an email system that doesn't thread email so it sends hundreds of individual emails each day about each question he has. The website says they accept credit cards but they don't. He doesn't let his workers accept checks so he wants you to pay by emailing him a photocopy of a check. Then he fraudulently charged me more than I agreed to pay. All in all it was a very difficult experience I wouldn't repeat. There are plenty of contractors out there who replace doors and windows. Go elsewhere.
