In recent rains we noticed a small leak had started around the hatch, so contacted them to see if someone could come fix it. Within a day they'd responded and set up an appointment. Despite the pandemic, Steve came by within a week with gloves and mask, to check on it. He went onto the roof and did a quick repair which seems to have taken care of it. Because it was under warantee there was no charge for the work. We appreciated the quick response and work. |
