This is one of those companies you just don't want to work with. Before you enter into any agreement ask for a copy of their contract and read it. Within that contract Thompson Creek will ask permission to take away all of your legal rights but allow themselves to be protected. They even stayed within the contract thatdespite what the salesman said there is really no firm date for completion of the project. They will decide when your project is completed

Excessive, daily phone calls even on the weekend. I called for an estimate for insurance due to some storm damage what I didn't know is that my husband also called in a request. It was for the same address however my phone got in their system and they started calling me every single day at 9:00 a.m.. They would also call me several times throughout the day. Recently it's been every single day even weekends. I just called and requested I be taken off their list and if it does not stop I will update this and start to blast them everywhere on social media including putting in an FCC complaint for harassment. I'm hoping the gentleman, who was very nice, really does take care of taking me off their list. My husband and I are considering never being customers again because of this harassment even though we still need the damage fixed. Which, by the way is taking them months to get back to us as to whether they can actually do the work. So one side sales is bombarding you but service ignores you.
