If they walk on the job and aren't immediately thought of as foreman material they whine and btch, they don't show up and they complain. Then they take to writing bad reviews. The people who earn respect in the construction industry are the ones who show up every day, learn what needs to be done and do their job. The negative reviews DO NOT reflect the true A&M Roofing that I have worked for. Perhaps the snowflakes shouldn't expect a trophy for showing up. |
| Amanda Smith | It was actually my best friend experience I will not recommend this company for No One my best friend used to work for them he only lasted a month is very sad that the employees get treated with no respect by the bosses there is definitely favoritism going on around this company then please don't get treated well with no respect it is sad that employees can I say nothing to defend himself because they all get treated differently their bosses don't have no respect for them please the employees get treated like crap they're even a boss that drink in there in in their company in the job site I bet that ain't know that but there is definitely has to be someone they will speak about it and not be ignore they all don't care about each other at least that's what I heard so sad this company need some Improvement and educate himself and how to treat their employees there is so much stuff going on that employers would not bring it to the big boss so sad y'all should be ashamed |
