From the free consultation, to the day of the project and follow up walk through Michael was instrumental in making this a painless experience for me and my wife. My experience with FRS Roofing was terrible. I hired them to do exterior window caulking on my home. They are very expensive and require 1/3 payment up front. When they finally sent someone out to my home, the work was awful. I've attached several photos of their work, but all of my windows now looks like this. They smeared caulking around like a toddler with fingerpaints. When I contacted the project manager Helton I was told they would come out, remove all the caulking and redo the work. That was a flat out lie. What they actually did was buy some mismatched brown paint and try to cover up the sloppy work. I tried twice to get them to come back and fix the work, but each time it just gets worse. Now I have brand new windows with globs of caulking smeared around on them and brown paint on top of that. It's aweful. Please, learn from my mistake. DO NOT HIRE FRS ROOFING!

The workers were terrific. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently and diligently, and were meticulous in all phases of the job. The workmanship was excellent.
