Pine Knoll Builders built and help design our home at the Cape. I did not live at the cape during the construction and was concerned about how the project would be managed. He coordinated his sub-contractors and was able to get the project done when he had promised. Most contractors always come back after the project had started with unforeseen problems and request for more funds. John had built three homes for my brothers and me in Truro. He has been a pleasure to work with - honest, transparent and no surprises whatsoever.
