Jim was responsive and professional with all of our interactions and communications. We had to collaborate on a rush painting project “long distance“ without even meeting, which required a leap of faith and high degree of trust. Jim was able to immediately earn my trust through his conscientious communication with frequent updates that put me at ease. He had the house key and installed a lockbox, until I finally was able to meet him face-to-face at the end of the project. Not only did he make the project easy, his work was impeccable. He went above and beyond and took ownership and accountability for all of the details. Working with Jim under these unusual circumstances, I felt like I have known him for a long time. Jim did a very professional job fixing some rot and carpenter ant damage on our home's fascia boards and deck. Everything looks as good as new. Jim was prompt in starting work, he kept us well informed during the project and was thorough in cleaning up the work area including sweeping the drive with a magnet for any random nails.
